Olympia Water Damage Advice is a free referral and information service, not a contractor. Calls go through our call-tracking line to independent local restoration companies, and we may be paid when a call qualifies. We do not do the work and do not set prices or availability.

What the site collects
- Nothing you type. There are no forms, accounts or sign-ups.
- No cookies, and no analytics, advertising or social media scripts from anyone else.
- The ordinary server logs our host keeps to run and protect the site: IP address, browser and the pages requested. We do not use them to work out who you are.
When you call
The phone number is a call-tracking number, run by us or by a call network, and an independent restoration company answers. Either may see your number and may record or log the call under its own privacy practices. We may get call records from the call-tracking service, such as the time, length and area code of a call, so we can tell which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information.
Please do not give out Social Security numbers, bank details or passwords on a call.
